Privacy policy
01 — Philosophy
At Nortrix, privacy is treated as a systems architecture constraint rather than a compliance checkbox. We hold that data you do not collect cannot be breached, sold, or misused. This policy describes what the site actually does, not what it aspires to.
02 — What we do not collect
There is no application layer collecting personal data. Specifically, this site has:
- No registration, accounts, or login sessions.
- No first-party server-side logging or behavioural profiling by Nortrix.
- No advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or data brokerage of any kind.
- No sale or sharing of personal information with third parties.
03 — Analytics
This site currently loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-MDZD4R5PMV) on every page. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and transmits your IP address, user-agent, referrer, and page-view events to Google, which processes them as an independent controller under its own terms.
We use it only to understand aggregate traffic volume. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not join this data to any other source.
If you prefer not to be measured, any content blocker, the Global Privacy Control signal, or a browser configured to reject third-party cookies will prevent these requests from completing. The site is fully functional with them blocked.
04 — Infrastructure and third parties
Serving the site involves third parties that necessarily process request metadata:
- Cloudflare Pages — our hosting provider — may log request metadata such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamp for availability and security monitoring, governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — used for typography — receives your IP address and user-agent as part of the font delivery request. These requests do not set cookies.
- Google Analytics — as described in section 03.
Beyond the analytics reports described above, we do not control, access, or receive this infrastructure-level metadata, and it is not linked to any identifiable profile on our end.
05 — Direct communication
If you contact us by email, your address and the contents of your message are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your contact information with third parties, or retain correspondence beyond what is operationally necessary.
06 — Related documents
The Cookie Notice lists every cookie and outbound request in detail. The Terms of Service govern use of the site itself.
07 — Policy changes
If this policy is updated, the effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes are noted directly on this page.
August 2026 — material revision. Section 03 was added to disclose Google Analytics, which was already running but which earlier versions of this policy incorrectly stated was absent. Section 04 corrects the named hosting provider from Vercel to Cloudflare Pages. Earlier versions also stated that no cookies were set; Google Analytics sets its own. Nothing about how we handle direct correspondence has changed.
